FAQ’s
Do you work on Engines or Chassis?
We do NOT service Motor Home Engines or Chassis. We can help refer you to a mobile mechanic however.
Do you have hidden fees?
Our tech will perform whatever diagnostics are necessary to determine the service or repair required. You will be presented with an estimate BEFORE WORK STARTS (in rare cases additional issues may be found that were not diagnosable before work starts – you will be kept informed throughout the process). You will have the opportunity to approve all repairs and charges BEFORE work starts.
How long is the wait?
Our appointment schedule is 1-7 days out. Over 80% of all repairs can be made on your appointment day (occasionally parts have to be ordered after diagnosis).
Do you Warranty your work?
We stand behind our work. All labor is warrantied for 30 days. Parts warranties vary. We believe in using high quality parts with great warranties.
